How to Experience the Course: A Step-by-Step Guide

To get the most from this course, I highly recommend that you go at a slow, manageable and integrative pace. Try every module. Be patient with yourself and the process, and just do your best.

Consider the journal questions and be diligent in letting yourself think through the work. This will help shift and transform your consciousness in beautiful ways.

  1. One Module, One Week: Dedicate one week to each module to fully absorb the content and practices. Immerse yourself in each module's teachings and practices, allowing them to resonate with you. Remember to embrace the course as an experiential journey, not just a series of information lessons to consume.
  2. Sign Your Heart Out - 5 Mins Daily Practice: Practice over progress. Commit to daily singing (and ideally sharing a vid of you singing in the community) for at least 5 minutes every day to connect with your voice authentically, and improve your vocal flow.
  3. Community Sharing: Come say hi here, and Share your voice and experiences with the course community and learn from others. This is also a great place to check out and share awesome resoures.
  4. Integration & Reflective Journaling: Reflect on what inspirations, illuminations, challenges and growths you're experiencing throughout the course, and consider how to integrate the module's teachings into your daily life. Keep a journal to reflect on your experiences and insights from the daily practice.

Course Overview

In this Awaken your Voice: Vocal healing, Empowerment and Libeartion course, we are using our hearts and voices to work with super sacred and special mantras deliberately designed to heal our emotions, quiet our negative voices and tune into our higher frequency selves, so that we can allow ourselves to be guided through life with greater love and ease.


We'll explore and experience the influence and effects of singing with focused intention, on our body, minds and heart, using powerful healing songs and mantras.
